Are you looking to build a rewarding career in the boat repair industry? Pine Grove Composites is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a fabricator position.

Responsibilities:

• Laminating fiberglass products using hand layup and open mold process.
• Prep molds (clean, wax, mask off)
• Sanding and cutting parts
• Pre-cutting fiberglass fabrics
• Cleaning work areas

Skills:

• Mechanically incline
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Must be comfortable using a variety of power tools (drills, grinders, cutters, reciprocating saw, circular saw, etc.)
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Able to be a team player but also work with limited supervision

Qualifications:

• No experience is necessary but previous fiberglass experience is a plus. Willing to train.
• Knowledge of fiberglass products a plus

Job Types:

• Part-time
• Full-time

Salary:

• $18.00- $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours:

• 40-hours per week
